Then next to that building there is a recreation or workshop that along with the storage has electricity and heat of which the storage has none, To sum up I have had this house priced per appraisal done by David Wheeler of Shawnee and yes if you have seen it before the house was priced higher because I had a realtor trying to sell it for me for 9 months. But now I have the house and property priced to sell !
