My Fiancé and I are hoping close on a house and looking to move Labor Day weekend. We are doing a lease break and looking for someone to sign a new 12 or 18 month lease in our apartment starting ideally late September or early October. This is a 2 bed, 1.5 bathroom, pet-friendly apartment located in the Westover Hills neighborhood of Richmond. About a 10-15 minute drive to Scotts Addition and the Fan. $10-$15 Uber to both and about $20 at peak times. There are a few fees to be paid towards the property management company (RPM Richmond-Metro). I believe I have included everything below so please read carefully so there are no surprises: Costs & Fees: -$1550/month base rent -$50/month for washer/dryer rental -$25/month for trash -Pet Rent: The amount of the pet fee is determined based upon the "Paw Score" from the partner company that assigns to your pet. (5 Paws - $25.00/month, 4 Paws - $30.00/month, 3 Paws - $40.00/month, 2 Paws - $50.00/month, 1 Paw - $75.00/month) -We have a well behaved, mid-sized Aussiedoodle and she has a 3 paw score. -$195 lease administration fee due at signing -$250 pet administrative fee due at signing if you have pets. -Must make 3x the rent. (This can be met with combined income) -Will need to make a deposit totaling 1 months rent at signing. -Must pass background check as well. Utilities: -Water is included. -Must pay for electricity (average ~$100/month) and internet. Parking: -Parking is included for both residents and guests in the front lot. Additional always-available street parking in the back. Pictures are not of our exact unit but all of them look basically the same.
