i have a 1968 fleetwood trailer for sale for 3500 i need to sell this trailer before the end of April . i would like to sell it in the next week before the month of April. i have moved with my family to help with my 1 yr old son and its closer to my job i am currently paying $300 a month for lot rent i really cant afford paying the lot rent while i am not living there i would like to be able to afford toys for my son and things he deserves and i cant with this trailer (a burden) on my shoulders i had bought the trailer for $3000 and put $2000 into fixing it up $1000 for the electricity though the whole house being rewired. also there is new insulation through the house and the back room has new sheet rock. the whole house is repainted inside. i will include a fridge stove and water heater. i have also bought a washer and dryer which i will also include if i can sell this trailer A.S.A.P the dryer has a brand new heating element.the park asks for a a credit check which takes three days for approval and i don't think no more than four people can be living in the trailer the park also pays for water,sewer, and garbage and pipes. i have all the pipes wrapped with heating tape....... please i need to sell this TRAILER A.S.A.P CONTACT ME AT 607-205-XXXX OR 607-201-XXXX again i need to sell this trailer A.S.A.P PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.......
