If you or your spouse is a Doctor, those late night call visits to the hospital willl be much more convenient from this location.All your neighbors are successful business people, doctors and lawyers, a pretty fun group. Mankato has some excellent custom home builders and some good architects. Of course, most builders want you to buy their lot and build their home.
